After the wind, hail or a big limb
Storm damage you can't see from the yard
We go up, find the damage and photograph it with the date on every picture. You get the photos to keep and to give your insurance company if you file a claim.

What we look for
Missing or creased shingles
Wind lifts a shingle, bends it back and breaks the seal. It can look fine from the driveway.
Hail bruising
Dark spots where the granules were knocked off. Easy to miss from the ground.
Damaged flashing, vents and pipe boots
Dents and tears around the openings in the roof, where leaks usually start.
Gutters and downspouts
Dents, pulled brackets and granules collecting at the bottom of the downspouts.
Where we fit with your insurance
- We document the damage. Dated photos and a written list of what we found on the roof.
- We don't handle your claim. We're roofers, not adjusters. Your claim is between you and your insurance company, or a licensed public adjuster if you hire one.
- We never pay or waive your deductible. Texas law doesn't allow a roofer to, and any contractor who offers is a warning sign.
- If repairs are needed, FMF Roofing & Construction can give you a written estimate. Whether you use them is up to you.
